I love you and miss you! Actually, I don't miss you because I am always with you, but JC tends to gets freaked out when I tell him that. Probably because of what he does in the shower (I try to assure him it's natural).

A Christmas meme.
Do you believe in Jesus?: I'd have to say yes on that one. Because, well, I am Jesus.
Have you got your Christmas tree up?: Yes I do.
What does it look like?: It is green.
What is your favorite part of it?: The memories of putting it up with JC ( chases) and my Dad (he does not have an LJ).
Do you have an advent calendar?: Yes, and an advent wreath.
Do you like the nativity story?: Yes. I was just a baby then so I don't remember, but my Mom likes to tell me about it. Also, Melchior? The wise man? We're good friends now. It's funny to think about him being there when I was a baby.
What are you expecting under the tree?: Just love. And by that I mean love of all kinds, but not so much the time I found JC with two girls and a man dressed up as Santa under the tree...doing stuff. Even if he sang a song about it. That kind of love is all fine and good, but next time not under my tree, okay?
Who are you getting presents for?: Everyone. All of you. I love you.
Did you believe in Santa when you was younger?: No. When I was little there was no Santa. There wasn't really any Christmas. We just called it my birthday back then.
Did you leave him mince pies and sherry?: We usually had unleavened bread and wine.
Where are you going for Christmas?: I am always everywhere.
Who are you sharing it with?: All of you.
Are you going to dress up? What will your outfit be?: I think I'll wear my tunic and sandals.
Any Christmas parties?: No, I like to keep it simple.
Are you going to go to church?: Yes.
What is your favorite Christmas movie?: This movie called Small One about the boy who sold his donkey to my Mom and StepDad. I cried. JC did, too, but he'll try and act like he didn't. Justin also cried. They sometimes sing the song together. It had a good little theme song.
Who do you want to unwrap this year?: The joy of knowing all of you is like a present I get to unwrap every day.
What have you bought for someone that you want?: That new red SUV JC got is pretty nice. I'm hoping he'll teach me to drive.
Do you have a turkey for Christmas?: No, usually unleavened bread and wine.
Do you watch the Queens Speech?: Yes.
Ever kissed anyone under mistletoe?: Oh, yes.
Red or Green?: Red. Though I love all the colors.
Have you Christmas-ified your bedroom?: It's hard to unChristmas-fy my bedroom. It is, after all, my bedroom, if you know what I mean.
When did you first feel Christmassy this year?: I sometimes think about how happy I am that I was born to be able to be with you all. That makes me feel Christmassy. Also, when JC started planning my surprise party. |

Wow, what a day. Me and my friend JC ( chases) had a great night out last night. He has a new sweater, and it is really nice. He got it from a good friend and I am sure he will tell you all about it. Then we went to the Space Needle and up and it was high. JC said he thought Chris would be afraid er, phobiaed? Anyway, it is a lovely evening and I love you all. I think about you often and I hope you are happy. You know I would do anything for you. |

Today my best friend JC and I baked some cookies for those who were hungry. We made chocolate chip and, let me tell you, cookies are really good. Cookies are really really good. When they come out of the oven they are soft and gooey with melty chocolate chips in them. They are like a sort of cake, but without being all that cakey. I wonder who invented cookies. I bet my Dad would know. Today, I am thankful for the person who invented cookies. And I am also thankful for YOU! We were never actually able to give the cookies to those who were hungry, though, because I don't think I was prepared for how tasty a cookie would be, and ended up eating seventeen of them. JC had the remaining twenty, because he got high and had the munchies. Tomorrow we will have to try again. Then we watched a movie on the television set about Rudolph, who is a reindeer with a glowing red nose. Did you know that reindeer is just domesticated caribou? I didn't learn that from the movie or anything, I just thought I'd share. The movie was made from clay and it was really nice. It reminded me a bit of a dradle, because they are made from clay, or were back when I was a kid, but really, we didn't celebrate Channukah as much as it seems to be done these days. There was an elf in the movie who wanted to be a dentist. It was really cute. |

| | "You'll Never Find" by Lou Rawls | ] | Dear world,
One would think that after so many years your birthday would lose some of it's appeal, but I have to say that this year I am feeling mighty excited for mine. I think it's perhaps that the drugstore down the street has had decorations up since the day after Halloween. I look forward to turning two thousand three...or am I turning two thousand and four? It's hard to remember, the calendar sometimes confuses me. It's not always peaches and cream being the son of God, but I couldn't be any other way. Just like you couldn't be any other way than the way you are, which makes you the perfect you. I suppose I'm the perfect me, and I really don't mind that people buy each other gifts for my birthday instead of, you know, me. No, really, I don't mind. The best gift you can give me is to love one another. No, really. I sometimes will find it difficult to be misunderstood--for example, when your best friend doesn't wear his glasses and makes a mistake on national American television because of it and then, a month later, does the same thing again--it's not my fault. I said, "Hey, JC, don't forget your glasses. Remember last time?" and he will somehow think he does not need to wear his glasses just because I call him my best friend. He will say afterwards that his eyes should have magically worked because he prayed about it to me and my Dad and even my Mom and even St. Anselm of Canterbury (for reasons unknown). But I have to say to him two things (which I would say to him, at least, if he was not pouting in the other room and acting as if I do not exist)-- a) That just because he prays doesn't mean he will get everything he asks for. This isn't the entertainment business--it's not all about who you know. I would tell him that his only job is to be the perfect him, which he is, and the perfect him doesn't have perfect vision at age 27. and also, b) what is wrong with contacts, you goob? They correct your vision without causing some sort of fashion crisis. Hrmph. I could use a hug.
Love,
JESUS
P.S. I love you! |

The other day I was hanging out with my best friend JC listening to the radio and coloring when we started talking about our favorite songs. JC has a lot of different favorite songs. I think he may have one for each mood he could ever have. Music is his gift, I know because my Dad gave it to him. I love all the music of the world, I really do. I think it is all beautiful in it's own special, and in that way me and JC are a lot alike. If I had to pick, though, I think my favorite song is probably Free Ride by Edgar Winter. |
